Please come and join us on our second Sunday morning run
Distance: Approx 5-6k
Vibe: Very relaxed and for gentle exercise. No pressure, or PBs. Just a social run to help us all keep moving.
It is important to add the disclaimer that we are not a running club or group. And not sports professionals / coaches, we are friendly recreational runners and so taking part is at your own risk.
Please note: Children must be accompanied by a parent, no dogs (sorry). And if possible please wear bright clothing.
